Work done promptly to good standard.

Thanks for coming to quote. We used the builders we had on site due to convenience but your quote was very reasonable:

Very impressive. Chris and his team turned up bang on time and worked quickly and effectively on my trees. Chris was great at suggesting the best way to sort everything out and I'm very pleased with the results. They also left the garden in a very tidy state, actually probably better than when they arrived! I would definitely use them again.

I never got to find out how good Reeves Arboricultural Services were, because they never turned up for the appointment they made with me on the phone. I left work early, and wasted my evening waiting for someone to come over and quote on a job, who never showed up. When I contacted them by text message to ask what had happened I got ignored. Its not rocket science - if you cannot make an appointment, have the good manners to cancel or rearrange. Unprofessional, and wasted my time. Bear that in mind if you book these chaps to come over.

Very happy with service

Chris, Ollie and his team did a great job of cutting and pruning both large and small trees in our garden. They were all very friendly and worked very efficiently. There stump grinder didn't fit through our side entrance, however they were more than happy to come back on a different day with a smaller grinder to finish the job. Will definitely have them back again in the future.

Ollie responded very quickly to our shortlisting. He provided a very clear quote detailing a breakdown of the work and how much it would cost. Some of the logistics on the day could have been better though. - We hadn't explicitly arranged a start time. I assumed that they'd show up around 8am, but they didn't arrive till about 9:30am. - They took over an hour for their lunch. - Consequently they didn't finish until 5:30pm (having previously said they'd be done by 4pm) and were working in the pitch black towards the end. - This was inconvenient for us as we had to leave a set of keys with them to drop through our letter box as we had made arrangements having been told of a finish time of 4pm. - We then had to come back to collect the keys later (we don't live at the property so this was a slightly unusual situation). I can't really park all of this at Chris and Ollie's door though, we could both have been more explicit about logistics. Having said all that - they did stay late to finish the job off and I can't complain with the quality of the job they did. They also tidied everything up afterwards, which was pleasing to see.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Reeves Arboricultural Services. They were able to skilfully prune three trees in my garden, offering professional advice and guidance. All the work was carried out well and all cuttings/ branches removed from my property. The trees have been pruned with skill and now sit well in their environment. I would happily use this firm again and recommend them to anyone who wants their trees managed and maintained keeping a good looking shape.
