Excellent work by Paul and his colleagues. We did not have a complete refit, but Paul was accommodating and found a way to fulfill our criteria. The end result was beyond our expectations. Paul fitted a new low level, walk- in shower tray and Mira double rain shower also a glass screen, a compact WC and new hand basin/vanity unit. Paul's colleague fixed the lighting problem by installing three Led ceiling spotlights and another colleague worked on sealing the existing tiles and the new items. Many thanks Paul and colleagues for our updated, fully functioning new shower room. ( Sorry it took me a while to write the review, it had nothing to do with how happy we were with your work, just personal circumstances).

Job was done , no problem with the fitting of hot water cylinder... It all works well...It was a year later that I noticed that he had broken 6 of my tiles outside of the cupboard and used clear silicon to cover this up... Not impressed.. Also door surround loose.. I heard a Big Bang when he did the job, but he did not say anything at all.. Very disappointed as I thought that he was a honest guy !

Paul was always easy to deal with, arrived on time and was very knowledgeable. He completed the work very efficiently and left everything neat and tidy once he was done. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others.

Paul has done a fantastic job setting up our new heating system. He has been beyond helpful and came up with some good solutions to some tricky problems. He works very hard and is and all round nice guy!

Great finish on the job completed. Ran slightly over schedule but Paul was great at keeping me updated and all delays were caused by dodgy floorboards (which I was aware was likely to be an issue) and a couple of late decisions on my part (to which he was very patient and helpful). Months on, had no issues so far and I'm a very happy customer. Would recommend him to anyone looking to refurbish their bathroom and will be contacting him again for more work in the future.
