I am able to share this review now as the matter was settled shortly before a hearing. Only now I have confirmation. OB estimated the work would take a maximum of two weeks. The project started in May and continued until July. When I followed up shortly after work began, I was told contractors were busy on other jobs. The team was late or absent on multiple occasions. There were several quality issues and parts of the work did not meet building standards. Damp proofing was missing under newly laid flooring. OB initially said it was not required, later claimed it had been installed, and ultimately confirmed the work breached building regulations. The electrical work required remedial action after OB left. The electrical certificate provided was issued by a company I have been unable to verify. The tiling was also of poor quality and took much longer than expected. Overall, the project ran far beyond the estimate and required further work to correct issues. I would not recommend.

Owen has been great to work with from start to finish. He’s helped transform the lay out of my house - adding new door ways, closing off old spaces, and complete re-fit of a new downstairs W/c. Owen regularly keeps in contact and provided a quote that he honoured...even squeezing in a little more for me with no trouble. I would highly recommend Owen and I’ll be looking to get him back in for my kitchen project in the future.

Job well done, good worker and reasonable price. Will do well in future work. Curved Patio Wall 3-4 ft high with entry steps .

Owen came checked out the job gave a good quote and started work the following week, A very harder worker on time and left the place nice and clean did a great job even with the bad wet weather we are having and still managed to complete the job on time, will recommend him to any one that needs building work will be hiring him again to do some more jobs a 5 star rating for this company

Hired Owen to construct a conservatory shell for me couldn’t be happier with the completed job very neat and professional when they arrived he came with new and clean OB boards and plastic sheeting to keep the newly laid patio clean. Access to the job was not straight forward dug the footings manually and shifted the spoil through a garage and into a skip on the front of the property If it wasn’t for the cement mixer outside I wouldn’t have known they were there slept very well off my night shifts and left them to it all in all a very professional company would not hesitate to recommend them thanks for a job well done 👍
