Newstone drives

Chose Newstone after reading the feedback on this and other trade websites.
The bricks laid were brighter in colour and didn't match the existing bricks "they will weather in". Although not immediately apparent there's a small hump in the bricks.
It was agreed to jet wash, sand and seal the whole drive. The sand was applied a few hours after the jet wash and stuck to the chamfer of the brick which was then sealed.
Damage to the tarmac foot path, when the edging was replaced, was patched with cement. " a mess"
Not happy with the colour difference I asked for them to be swapped out.
Newstone came over middle of October and agreed to change the bricks FOC, " just give us a couple of weeks", not heard anything since, hence the delay in feedback.
The drain channel at the bottom of the drive needed modifying and connecting to the man hole. The 90 degree joint in the channel was poorly made and the grating left smeared with cement.
A hole was made in the side of the man hole to connect to the drain channel, rubble from the hole was left in the bottom of the man hole, ready to cause a blockage.
So given the above, my experience with Newstone was the opposite to the feedback I'd read and unfortunately I cannot recommend them.
