The job was advertised as an immediate requirement -
Nijib and I spoke and he accepted the job knowing I wanted it done asap and he committed to getting it done within 2-3 days. Najib then gave me the run around for 4 days. First day (Monday), allegedly his supplier could not deliver the CH/HW Controller for 2 days and then, (Day 3) when they did it was the 'wrong part' ( despite the brand only making one model of the 2 Channel Controllers ! please ?)
Eventually on Day 4 - Thursday am he told me that because of the 'wrong part' he could not instal that day and was going to see if the 'correct' part could be delivered the next day but also gave me all sorts about not wanting to instal until the weekend.
Following this conversation ( Day 4 - Thursday -the morning of the planned installation) I investigated sourcing the same part on the website for next day delivery ( that actually came in at a reduced price) or same day, same price, pick up at the local Plumb Base/Wolseley . My Goodness - Amazingly !!!! - I had no problem with all these suppliers - in fact phoned Plumb Base/Wolseley to ensure I could pick up in 15 mins
Within of 30 mins of his phone call I had re-called Najib ---as he did not pick up I left a message that saying we could still keep the appointment despite his 'wrong part story' and explained that I had now sourced the part - he ignored this and continued to ignore all my subsequent calls. Do not trust this man.
