Keith Atkins of Mays Ground & Brickwork Ltd has now completed the porch/office extension and garage conversation plus new paving at my house. From the start to the finish of this job Keith kept me informed about everything, how the work would proceed, when each trade was coming, the groundwork, the brick-laying, the electricians, the plumbers, the carpenter, the plasterer, the tiler and the painter. Each night the workman cleared up and left the job clean and tidy. They were all polite and trustworthy. Keith organised everything down to laying the carpets and putting up the curtains and some items that needed to be put on the walls at the end of the job. The work was carried out almost to the estimated cost. There were some extras but I was informed of those before the work was done. I would recommend Keith and his company to anyone and I already have. Two of my neighbours have asked for quotes from him and my son has asked his advice for some work he is considering being done. Thank you for helping me find him and the designer Martin Holtom, whom Keith put me in touch to draw up the plans and get them passed quickly and efficiently. I am a very satisfied customer!

I have collaborated with Keith and his colleagues for three years on our challenging house refurbishment. The works consisted primarily of the internal reconfiguration of our converted barn, the construction of a small extension and external works associated with the re-planning of our garden. The works comprised the construction of new foundations, slabs and drainage, temporary works associated with the removal of internal walls and installation of new steel members, construction of new internal walls and floors, underfloor heating and associated screeding. The external works comprised the construction of ground bearing slabs and screeds, installation of granite setts and kerbs, installation of slate tiles and associated drainage works. It has been a pleasure working with them. We have found them always to be trustworthy and courteous. They are prompt and are always on site when they say they are going to be. They have a breadth of knowledge and skills which they are able to bring to the process. Their work is of a consistent high quality and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Keith has been a super contractor. We are a group of 5 hotels and he has worked in 4 of them and his work is exceptional - cannot fault him. I would 100% recommend him.
