Tom is a lovely man and very professional. Completed drawings for my extension and took them through the planning apication process. Great communication, chased up the planning dept in a timely manner and kept me updated with everything that was happening. So glad I hired him for my plans. Full of help and advice, nothing was too much trouble. A pleasure doing business with him.

tom at lfd design was first class. toms ideas and designs were a great help to us. tom was always just a phone call away if we ever needed any advice and popped in a few times to see how things were going. i would definitely recommend lfd design without hesitation. great job, thanks

Tom explained the process well from start to finish, was positive throughout and very reasonably priced. If I require further similar work I will be going straight to LFD Design.

Excellent service .. very prompt and professional.. Tom turned out some very positive ideas and was always available to speak to for any questions or changes .. I was very impressed with the way Tom chased up planning , knowing I wanted to start the build before the winter set in he kept in constant pursuit of the planning office and gave me regular updates .. very impressed. The extension is out of the ground and Tom is still available any day of the week to talk to for advice and help.

Commissioned Tom of LFD Design to draw up plans for 1.5 storey side extension. This included both planning and building warrant applications. Provided great advice on what was feasible and from the initial site visit and all the way through the process Tom has been great to work with. Completed each stage of the plans exactly to the timescales agreed and continually chased the council on my behalf to push the applications through the backlog the council had. Always responds quickly to emails and calls and has continued to provide clarifications and advice to builder which has been extremely helpful. Would have absolutely no hesitation is using LFD Design again and would highly recommend.

Tom and his team provide first class quality architect services with an incredibly proactive approach. They took all of the stress out of the process and have delivered everything initially discussed exactly when they said they would.

Tom provided drawings and advice for our extension/conversion project. Tom was thoroughly professional throughout and kept us up to date through the whole process. Tom was great to deal with and worked his visits around our schedule every time which was a huge plus. The drawings provided look great and we're looking forward to seeing them come to life when we get the build underway. I'd definitely recommend LFD Design to anyone looking for an architect and we'll use them again for any future projects.
