I wanted the washing machine fitted in my kitchen as soon as possible and also a quote for installing washing machine in my garage. Klementian came to my house the same evening, fitted the washing machine in 10 minutes, made sure it was in working order before he left. And his rates were quite nominal too. He also gave me the quote for the other work instantly and agreed on the dates instantly. I would recommend him.

KV responded and turned up at my house very quickly, within hours of posting. He was efficient and friendly. Identified and fixed the problem within a couple of hours as well - when 3 other engineers with a major supplier had failed to do so. It is early doors but so far so good! Highly recommended.

They came out to our house within half an hour of me posting that we had an urgent job (pipe had burst in our kitchen) - everything was fixed and back to normal within the hour! Very professional, and the quick turnaround was hugely appreciated.

KV Plumbing & Heating installed 2 combi boilers for me in different properties that I own. I found them to be really reliable, prompt, honest and courteous. Klementian was willing to explain things in detail and was also willing to negotiate. They were hardworking and couldn't have done any more for me if I'm honest. They were always willing to listen and accommodate. I would definitely use them again. I actually got them back to do the second boiler because they did such a good job on the first one. I would without hesitation recommend them.

Klementian Velo changed my heating system by removing the hot water cylinder and tanks and fitting a combi boiler. Klementian turned up at 10am as agreed, he was spot on time every day. He did such a good job on the boiler that I actually got him back to do my shower unit for me as well. He's a very tidy worker, he clears everything up. He's also hardworking, I had to make him stop to have a coffee. The quality of his work is exceptional. He's very polite and friendly, I'd say he's like one of the family now. I'm looking after a rescued cat at the moment and when he followed up with a phone call a week after the boiler was fitted, he even asked how the cat was doing. How friendly is that? I've recommended him to several people already. He's prices are also very reasonable. I'd definitely use him again, he's brilliant.
