James and his team recently completed the renovation of an old studio at the bottom of our garden; it was in a very run down state with extensive damp and damage throughout and almost ready to fall down. Today, the studio has been completely transformed and is now being put to use by my wife as a treatment room for her Well Woman business. James and his team did a tremendous job and surpassed our expectations in what could be achieved with the building and all within the original budget. James is always willing to provide advice and honest opinions which we found invaluable. Knowledgeable, hardworking, creative, helpful, honest and friendly; what more could you ask for from a team. We have already recommended King and Co to friends and wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use them again for other projects in the future.

James and his team did a fantastic job of gutting and extending my kitchen which included amongst other things removing numerous internal walls and installing a set of french doors on the back wall. They also converted the under stairs cupboard into a downstairs loo and installed a new floor in the dining room along with a set of French doors in their too. We met on a number of occasions beforehand to discuss my ideas and to get his thoughts too before the work started and he was very patient and helpful throughout. I am so pleased with the finished result and the kitchen fitter we used also noted how good their attention to detail was which subsequently made his job a lot easier. James's prices were very reasonable compared to the other quotes I got and he regularly kept me updated with the progress of the build which went very well and did not hit any serious snags. I can't recommend him and his team highly enough thank you so much.

King & Company did an excellent job. We were always kept fully informed, they listened to and took notice of our instructions, completed the work quickly and to a professional standard, and everything was left clean and tidy. Also, the final bill was less than the original quote. Very happy. We will certainly want to ask James King to quote for all future building jobs and would recommend King & Company to anyone.

James conducted a Conversion of an out building to self contained studio building that has completely exceeded all of our expectations. The job was conducted quickly and with clear communication throughout. His workers were an absolute pleasure to have around so much so we missed them when they were gone! The finish is stunning, completely exceeding our expectations and is something we are so proud of! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend James, honest reliable and professional. So much so he is booked into do my mothers kitchen next.

Two bathrooms, tiling, wall and roof insulation. Installing new window and project managing plumbing and electrical work. James King's standards of work were excellent, he was flexible to our needs and requirements. He completed on time and I can highly recommend him.
