Kindred Elite is the brainchild of my sister Scarlette Douglas, the Channel 4 presenter of ‘A Place in the Sun’ and myself Stuart Douglas. We have over 15 years experience in property development and interior design and have a team of accredited tradesmen, structural engineers, architects, kitchen manufacturers, bathroom suppliers and furniture designers. Bespoke packages are tailored to your specific budget and we also offer a building regulation and planning application service if required.

About Kindred Elite
The concept is simple; Stuart and Scarlette use their eye for detail and expert knowledge of property development to unlock the hidden potential in your current or future home.
Kindred Elite is the culmination of over 15 years of property development, interior design and renovation. During this time the siblings have carefully curated a multi disciplinary team of design and build experts. These range from tradesmen, structural engineers and architects, to independent companies who supply high quality kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, flooring and furniture.
Kindred Elite also provides an in-house building regulation and planning application service to ensure that each and every client receives a bespoke package tailored to their specific budget and requirement.
Since collaborating as Kindred Elite, Stuart and Scarlette have worked on numerous projects and continue to transform uninspiring properties and spaces into visually striking masterpieces.
