    New decking area
    Karl did a fantastic job on my decking. Great communication from start to finish. Listened to exactly what I wanted and checked I was happy throughout the process. Very respectful and left the job spotless upon completion. Highly recommend.

    Gutter clearing

    Garden maintenance
    Karl and his team did a fantastic job on our garden. Trimming back hedges and mowing our lawn. It looks like a new garden. Very impressed. I have now hired him to maintain our garden on a regular basis. Thank you

    Replace one side of the fence
    Very slow communication. Job was very delayed. Concrete left on the grass and all the old materials left behind. The newly installed fence has holes already

    Answer from tradesperson:

    Very delayed?? The fence was done within the time scale you kept changing your mind weather to go full length then started adding bits. Holes in panels due to weather and also cheap panels which you only wanted to pay for. Again no issue as must been happy as you paid full balance?

    Conservatory Gutter
    Update: Unfortunately after the work has been done, in a few weeks time I've noticed more bits of the work with poor quality (end of the drains weren't installed, drains weren't connected properly and the drain connection to the manhole was just a piece of upvc pipe dropped there with no fixing and massive gaps). So afterall the drains are not sealed and water can escape from it everywhere. I hate to leave bad reviews but after ignoring my messages to fix the problem, I had no choice. I would definitely not use them in the future.

    Thank you Peter for the feedback but I didn’t receive a message and if I did I would have answered and sorted. Shame really as when we left you checked the work and was happy and paid? Just look at all my other reviews which are 5 stars. Like I said if you messaged I would have definitely answered and sorted any problems which occurred after installation. All the best Karl

    Decking and pergola
    Karl and his team were brilliant. Polite and punctual, and the bespoke decking and pergola is finished to a great standard. Karl was happy to answer all our questions, and made sure everything was as we wanted. Would highly recommend.
