We were so pleased to have appointed Nuno as our Architect for our garage and 2 storey side extension. He help us formulate our ideas into something that could be put into a workable design in terms of visual and practical solutions that would suite our life style. Always contactable by phone & email his communication was excellent and his friendly easy going personality meant he was a pleasure to deal with. Every stage of the planning application was clearly explained and outlined so easy to follow. Nuno handled our planning application from concept design right through to submitting our planning application and over coming any hitches and revisions along the way. Finally we had our planning application approved!!!! If you want a capable and professional Architect then look no further. Thank you Nuno

It's been a real pleasure working with Nuno. He really understood our needs and proposed an innovative and contemporary design. The 3D models allowed us to clearly visualise the concepts and to rapidly iterate on the designs based on feedback around potential project costings, structural work implications etc. Nuno always set clear expectations on when each of the phases would be delivered and always delivered on time (and on many occasions earlier!) I would highly recommend JNF Architecture.

Nuno was always professional, engaged and organised in terms of his timescales, drawings and the whole process. We knew what to expect,when, and the cost at each stage - so no surprises! He gave us a number of different design options and always included our ideas and feedback. His designs were great and although COVID changed our circumstances, meaning we couldn’t progress with the build, we wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Nuno.

Nuno was very helpfull, and talked us through all the options for the planning department. I would recommend this architect to anyone.

Nuno of jnf architecture has guided us through the planning issues for our garage redevelopment in an organised professional and concise fashion.Each step has been fully explained ,all costs to be incurred were detailed upfront and to date everything has run very smoothly.He was able to engage the services of a structural engineer to clarify issues and subsequently modify where necessary our planning ambitions.All decisions were ours to make and he is very astute at listening and encouraging where necessary to keep the project on track.The drawings produced for submission to the planning office were very precise and the 3D images enabled us to visualise more fully the finished project.The drawings went back and forth a few times between us to ensure everything was accurate and our ideas fully realised .Nuno has proved invaluable with his architectural services and practical applications .I would fully recommend him as a very proficient able architect ,very amiable and easy to work with and a credit to his profession.
