My experience with Daniel Seaman was not a positive one. And As a result I cannot leave a good review. Despite being asked not to by Daniel. My initial meeting with Daniel was positive and I felt confident about the work ahead once I had hired Daniel. The team that Daniel sent, being his young son, were unprofessional with workmen bickering on the job. They also turned up a day late to start the job because of a broken down van, despite knowing it was on its way out they waited for it to break down before replacing it. The work done was not to an acceptable standard at all. I have photographic proof. Guttering was put on wonky and draining the wrong way. Repointing around tiles was half done and very rough. Silicone on joints was half done and very rough. None of the issues were major but needed a return visit to put all the problems right. However, they became a bigger issue with Daniels poor reaction, initially denying there was any problem. A battle ensued to get the issues sorted out. Daniel was rude to say the least. That said the issues were corrected 10 days later by a different group on Daniel's team. Done my satisfaction, the team were much better. Daniel informed me he took steps to ensure the issues didn't happen ever again. However, I was chased daily both before the corrections and after they had been done for payment despite Daniel having no payment terms on his estimate nor invoice. I do think he has learned from the issues and taken steps to prevent them.
