About JC Drives and Patios

A beautiful new driveway, path or patio makes such a difference to any home. We offer a wide variety of contemporary drives, styles to suit any property, be it modern, traditional or contemporary. From the smallest path to the biggest driveway all works will be considered, along with all the trimmings such as fencing, turfing, garden walls, and landscaping etc.

I have over 15 years experience in the building trade. I am fully trained in the laying of pattern imprinted concrete driveways and patio's also excelling at gravel driveways with featured borders whilst also making sure each job is dug out correctly ready for concreting or paving.also building trade with Brickwork, fencing i am very good at spotting different ways of doing things and will share my ideas with clients.

We also offer a remedial service. If your existing driveway or patio has become tired (Weeds, Moss, Oil etc) and is in need of a clean, we can help. Our quality refurbishment works can transform your paving, driveway or garden bringing it back to life. We also advise on simple long-term maintenance.

I pride myself that no job is too big or small for us to complete to the highest standard. We also make sure that the job we are working at is kept as clean and tidy as possible so as not to disrupt peoples day to day lives. Our aim when we leave your property is that you wouldn't know we had been there except for the work we have completed!

    This crew is one of the best available! says someone with a number of years in developing property.
    Jerry and Miles have some trojans working for them and they completed the drive, normally 3=5 day project, in only 2 days leaving a neat and tidy and aesthetically pleasing result. Their price was middle of the range but I selected JC due to Jerry's pleasant manner and great ideas and suggestions on the tricky bits of the project after the main contracted builder had made a right balls-up of the top of the drive ( garage extension being constructed) which impacts the slope of the drive. Herewith is a summary of key points:
    1. Pleasant and hardworking with good ideas on site
    2. Great communication before, during, and after the project
    3. Good tools and machines well handled, efficient working.
    4. Muck Away handled well and sensitively for neighbors
    5. "extra mile" attitude, nothing too much trouble
    6. minimum disruption on site to the existing building going on rearranging clutter as required
    7. Leaving the finished result very clean and power washed.

    I would highly recommend JC Drives and indeed I am sure they will be back for interested neighbours who also admire the results. Pictures will follow

    When I first spoke to Jerry he filled me with confidence that he knows how to do a quality job. He Talked me through how he would approach the project covering my concerns on drainage and slope angle and provided details on the multiple layers of materials he would use to ensure a robust driveway that would last for decades.

    I was also impressed with the ideas Jerry came up to make the driveway look attractive and finish it off cosmetically – it’s now done and looks amazing. He started and completed the job according to his original timing estimate and Jerry and his team were always very polite and professional, I would recommend JC drives and patios to anyone.

  • Back garden block paving

    After being let down by a landscaper with no communication Jerry came to the rescue! Brilliant quote and communication was brilliant.
    We had the back garden block paved and the side of the house to the back gate.
    All the lads were fab and job done to a brilliant standard! Thank you for giving us a garden we can now enjoy!
