Very good on the whole

NOT a good experience. The work involved several visits and each time was a struggle to organise the next. When James finally agreed a date and time, almost always he was late (1.5 hours) or didn't show up at all (with no notice). This turned a 2 or 3 day job into 5 or 6 weeks ( and it is not due to the weather). We were very patient but he is totally unreliable. The whole process was needlessly stressful

James and his team have been professional throughout. I booked an appointment, they kept me updated on progress, showed me pictures of the work done and worked quickly and to a high standard . I’m happy with their service.

Lovely company, very honest and responsive. Did a great job and were great at communicating. Thoroughly recommend James and his team.

James and his team did a fantastic job fixing some hanging tiles on both sides of my property. They arrived on-time and fixed the job without leaving any mess. I'd highly recommend James and his team to anyone looking for help with roofing and will be using his company if needed in the future. Thanks again James!

James responded quickly, was easy to deal with, and did exactly the work I wanted for the right kind of price.

James replied to my post then contacted me very promptly. He popped round to look at the gutter and had it repaired very quickly and efficiently for a good price. This was only a small job but we would would definitely hire James again.

Speedy, efficient and friendly service

Turned up when they said they would, were polite and kept me informed of progress throughout. The quality looked fine (work on the chimney, so only seen at a distance), but reduced the overall fee when they identified an element of the work that was no longer required, which demonstrated honesty.

I couldn't recommend J R GRADDEN REFINED ROOFING enough. They were professional from the very beginning. Very informative of the resolutions that could be offered to fix the problem, quick turn around in providing a quote and getting the job booked in. When at the property, they were very clean, informative of every stage, patient in explaining what was done, went the extra mile to avoid us having any future issues and did an overall fabulous job. I will definitely use them again in the future and will be sure to recommend them to friends and family. Thank you! :)
