Brilliant work. Jim and his team did what we asked and left the place tidy. I would definitely recommend them.

I cannot recommend Jim and his team highly enough. They came when they said they would, were very professional and did an excellent job. They were also nice people and easy to deal with.

Well did we make the correct decision!!! A hundred percent! Our job was not without its challenges. Jim cam along to give us a quote at the time and date agreed. Straight away it was apparent he was a professional. Dow to his whole attitude to our needs. We agreed on price and how the job in hand would be tackled. However there was hidden problems, a boundary fence,a Rowen tree and a gate all came with challenges. Three days later, really bad weather and a quick change of plan how the job would have to be dealt with. End result amazing,these guys worked through rain and wind, consulted with us every obstacle and went over and above what we expected. Jim and his staff were very professional,respectful and very mindful of our property and worked out the best solution to every hurdle they came across,the challenges we were included every step of the way. Job perfect,replanted our plants they required to lift to do the job and left our garden and property the same way they found it plus an outstanding fence and gate. I would use Jim and his team again and would without question recommend them to family,friends and anyone who require,their services. First class service from start to finish. From the initial quoting through to execution of the work Ptree surgery delivered on every promise. The work was completed to the highest standard and exactly in the time frame stated. The price was very competitive and the team were extremely professional. The garden is clean and tidy following the work. I am very happy with the work and would recommend PTree to anyone looking for tree surgery.

Jim and his team, did a wonderful job. They are true professionals, the attention to detail is impressive, some things I would just say "that's okay", but they had to make it just perfect. Access to my property is difficult, but before they started work, they consulted with neighbours, so they knew work was starting and what was involved. This resulted in minimal disruption to people living nearby. They are very aware of safety and always took steps to ensure nothing was left to chance. Once they started work, they came every day - never doing bits on the side elsewhere. At the end of each day, Jim would update me on what they had done and what they planned to do the next day. The end results are more than I ever hoped for. It was a joy having them in my home. I am more than happy to recommend them.

We hired Ptree to turf our front garden. Jim explained each step planned, and all went as he said. They are hard working and friendly. It is quite a large area, and all was done in one day. The area was tidied up afterwards, and Jim took time to explain the aftercare needed. We are delighted with the finished job, and would highly recommend this company. ☺️👍👍
