My name is Neil Pitchford and I have worked in the Plumbing & Heating sector for over 40 years. I offer fixed price labour for all jobs (parts are extra). I only do 2 to 3 jobs a day so get the vast majority of jobs finished on 1 visit. I spent 14 years working for a major boiler manufacturer as a service engineer. I don't do Boiler swaps or C/Heating installations anymore but work on maintenance and small installs. As of October 2018, I am now semi-retired and work part time only now.

About Imgas services (Scotland)
I started working in the industry in 1979 when I left school and entered a five year apprenticeship. I started to specialise in the heating sector in 1981 after doing two years in plumbing.
In total, I have worked for 17 years in the public sector and am now entering my 24th year in the private sector. I worked for a major Boiler manufacturer from 1997 to 2011 and for the next four years after that in the home emergency repair sector of a national motor breakdown company.
I have worked in all types of property from caravans to stately homes with my work being primarily the repair and maintenance of existing Central Heating systems and boilers.
Due to my age, I'm afraid I no longer offer boiler or full Central Heating installs but now specialize in maintenance work. As of the beginning of 2019, I now only work part time.
I am qualified in Natural Gas installations and maintenance. I also hold the necessary qualifications for unvented storage systems along with the recent plumbing regs.
I hold my own Gas safe registration and also hold public liability insurance. I live in Glasgow, where I have been resident for the last eight years.
