About Homes by Twiggy

Our friendly and passionate experts work with you from start to finish paying attention to even the tiniest of details. We offer an entirely bespoke service which is suited to your needs and requirements.

I’m Emily and I established Homes by Twiggy in 2013. Property development and enhancement is my great passion and I want to share that with everyone!

I really look forward to working with new clients and helping them turn their dreams into reality. Many clients come back to us time after time and this makes me very proud of my team here at Homes by Twiggy.

I’m Graham and I have been an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Building for 15 years. I have vast experience in managing large renovation projects valued from £2.5m to £20m. These have included the Prince of Bahrain’s London home and the Bahrain Embassy in Belgrave Square, Wimbledon centre court and Channel Tunnel rail link works at Waterloo Station. I am experienced in all aspects of construction from groundworks to bricklaying, plumbing, plastering and fitting out. Having spent many years employed by large building companies including Durtnell and Sons (Europe’s oldest building company established in 1591), Jarvis Group and Galliford Try I am skilled at interpreting architect’s plans and specifications. I also write method statements and quantity surveying documentation. My role with Homes by Twiggy is to support Emily, our team leader, on particularly complex projects from concept through creation to completion.

I’m George and I’m a fully qualified electrician. Emily and I were childhood friends and I really enjoy working with her and her team. I gained my City and Guilds Certification in 2011 at which point I set up my own company. I am an NICEIC approved trader which means I am regularly assessed to ensure I am up to date with the latest technical and safety standards. I work across Kent on projects in both domestic, commercial and industrial settings completing everything from a fuse board change to completely rewiring a home. I am hard working and dedicated to customer satisfaction; I personally work on or oversee every project myself to ensure everything is completed to the high standard I am known to provide.

I’m Tom and I carry out all aspects of plastering, damp prevention including tanking and rendering, for Homes by Twiggy. My venture into the world of plastering started over 20 years ago when I was young, keen and eager to learn and I’m happy to say I still have a passion for creating a perfect finished article! Plastering and render works can be a messy affair, but my team and I have a great reputation and we are known for our “tidy work”, something which is very important to Emily as she has incredibly high standards (nothing gets past Emily!). Emily and I have been working together for over 3 years now and we’ve cemented a great working relationship, whatever your needs are, we’ve got it covered!
