    Damon did a brilliant job replacing all the radiator valves and fitting a new radiator. I’m on a gravity system, which can be tricky in terms or airlocks etc. He made sure everything worked well and that all the air was out of the system.

He drained the whole system, refilled and checked it all over so I have confidence that the heating will work when we turn it on in a month or so.

    What can I say about Damon and Carl that would do them justice?!
    Two top notch guys and consummate professionals.
    We hired Damon to split our master bedroom into two separate rooms. This involved creating a new door frame, replacing and fitting new radiators and splitting our single light into two. Damon and Carl worked skilfully and were able to overcome whatever our wonky walled Victorian house threw at them!
    The price quoted was very fair. The level of finish was fantastic. Damon constantly kept us updated and allowed us to make decisions with him throughout the job.
    The outcome is more than we could have hoped for and it will change the way that our young family will live our lives.
    They were nothing but polite and respectful. They had a great sense of humour and cleaned up to a high standard at the end of each day.

    I'm a very happy bunny! Damon contacted within minutes of my query and came the same day. He kept me accurately informed of an estimated arrival time.
    He'd been cautious, in case the problem required a new part, but in the event, he fixed it. And stayed for a while, to ensure it wouldn't trip again.
    5 hours later, the house is warm again, hot water's back on and I couldn't be more delighted with the service Damon and his assistant gave.

They attended a job that was bigger than first thought and went above and beyond to get the job done, even returning to finish the job a few days later. His mate Jay crawled under the floorboards in an extensive house to locate a gas leak. Never seen a full grown man get through such a small space. He had to go home and change before his next job on a Sunday. For the time spent at me dad's house it was extremely reasonable and I would definitely use Damon again when the need arises and recommend him and Jay to my friends. Great job gents!

    Job was to install 3 radiators - there was lots of other work and it was said that this would be looked at and could be quoted for.
    Damon started doing work. Quality of workmanship initially seemed fine.

    About half way through, Damon approached me quite aggressively to tell me that he had no time if there were other issues. I told him he was here to install radiators - I didn’t see the issue. He constantly told me he had no time and had other jobs (at 5pm on a Friday).

    The floorboards were absolutely hacked away at and destroyed by the pipes. I even had to offer a saw and a pallet outside to sort the mess. One of the floorboards had been replaced resting on the newly installed pipe work!
    Damon simply has the wrong attitude and gives a shoddy and aggressive service.
    I wanted to wait for the newly installed radiators to warm up but he simply couldn’t be gone quickly enough. I asked for an invoice but like a spoilt child, he huffed and told me he had no time.
    I said I would make the payment shortly as I wanted to wait for the radiators to warm up. After 15mims of leaving Damon kept calling and text me to tell me he needed the money. He was meant to be offering a service for which he is getting paid - he shouldn’t be acting like a debt collector!
    It’s a shame really as the workmanship could have been fine, but Damon’s attitude was completely in the wrong place - I even saw him vaping in my house!
    I certainly won’t be asking him back.
    (Still no invoice!)

    I just want to clarify that before work commenced Andy had initially told me that he had problems with his boiler loosing pressure and explained that he thought he had a leak somewhere on his installation which I said in a calm manner we are only here to install the radiators and get your heating up and running in which he actually got aggressive with me. The floorboards was not hacked at they was placed bk in the original position but once left when we went to install another they fell underneath the floor and was unable to get my hand to them. He never mentioned anything about it I seen that they had fell after everything was complete and we was checking everything over and I actually replaced it before we left. Andy asked for a invoice and I said I would send him one when I had some free time as we are really busy bear in mind this is only 4 days ago! We went above and beyond for the customer and i am in total shock by this negative feedback!

    A very friendly workman who obviously knew his job very well ( assembling and fitting a stone/gas fireplace) , filling me with confidence from the word go. There was a problem with fireplace firm not supplying the brackets but he took this in his stide having to come back later in the week ( 40 miles) to finish a job that would have nomally taken him only one day. He cleaned up after himself and the finished job looks superb.
