About Frontline Building Maintenance

Our workforce has over 20 years of experience in the building maintenance industry.

In the summer most of our work is Hard Landscaping (we don't complete weeding or pruning nor would you want us to) projects and in the winter include Bathrooms, Kitchens, Flooring and general internal building works. The benefit of using Frontline Building Maintenance is we do not rely on other contractors thereby it reduces delays. It is important to note that we don't job hop leaving a part project and starting another causing unnecessary delays for our clients.

When it comes to providing a quote we arrive with a notebook tape and pen we measure the project properly which usually takes between 30 mins to an hour depending what is involved. Larger quotes are treated differently for obvious reasons. Once we have the measurements it is back to the office where a quote is constructed based on your requirements. We provide a reasonable amount of detail which will have a list of tasks which are agreed and that is the time to clarify anything that is not listed in case it is not costed or it has been missed in admin. We include a notes section to ensure the client understands any disruption (e.g. driveway out of use during the works on some occasions.) any additional information which we think is important (e.g having a toilet connected in a house with one bathroom) to the client.

We never ask for deposits for projects, we work on the principal if you cant see the materials you don't pay for them. The only exception to this is where the amount of materials required is to large for the available space and in this case we split the material payments. On most normal jobs the labour payment is charged at the end of the project.

As a client you have to be prepared for your project both financially and physically such as knowing where your stopcock or your outside tap is and there will be some disruption which cant be avoided. A properly prepared contactor and client leads to a far less stressful environment and end in a project completed to a professional standard and hopefully on time.
