Cracking fella. Did our kitchen floor and it looks spot on. Plenty of communication prior to the work and finished within the timescale that was laid out. Everything left tidy after the work was finished. Highly recommended.

Gary and his colleague did a fantastic job of our floor tiling. They solved a few difficult levelling issues along the way to ensure we got the finish as we wanted. Very friendly, knowledgable, tidy and professional. Can't recommend them highly enough!!

I agreed with Gary that he was to tile wall to wall, check tiles for defects before, and pattern the large format tiles appropriately. However, he cut one tile 2 inches short and left it, patterned them incorrectly, and put another tile down with a defect and left it. I asked him to put it right and he said he would, but didn't. He then had the nerve to tell me I would have to dump his trade waste and the tip, which is illegal. He blames the supplier, me, and the screeder, but he checked the floor beforehand at my insistence. He had 2 replacent tiles already and has wasted them, but expects the supplier to provide even more without cost. Refused to negotiate a reduction in price and became abusive when asked. Stay away

Gary was so easy to deal with from beginning to end. We have differing floor heights and wanted a seamless look throughout and he came straight up with a plan to suit us. We ended up with a superb finish on our tiled floor which now goes throughout the ground floor of our house into our extension. We are really pleased with the outcome, it looks amazing. Gary was easy to deal with and approachable throughout the job which took a week. All his employees were respectful and polite and really accommodating of our young children. We are booking Gary again for another job in a few months. Highly recommend.

What can I say but WOW!! I got four or five quotes but Gary’s reviews on here and the pictures sold him to us and we were not disappointed. He levelled our floor and then tiled and it’s absolutely impeccable! I am often hard to please but Gary and Luke’s work was such high quality I have absolutely no complaints/ snags whatsoever, honestly cannot recommend him enough. Thanks a million Gary and Luke hope to see you again on our next project 😀
