Friendly and professional company to deal with. Initial assessment of the condensation problem in my flat was very thorough and then the installation of the fan was completed very quickly and without any problems!

Iain and his team did a fantastic job for us and we couldn't be happier. Firstly Iain - who is one of the nicest and most professional contractors I have yet met - assessed our property twice (at no charge) to make sure the job would be successful. On the day the work was completed it was done quicker than estimated and the installer did a very good, neat job and tidied up after himself. Iain was on the other end of the phone to answer any queries we had and made sure we were happy and satisfied.

I had spoken to a number of companies regarding condensation but I found Iain to be extremely knowledgeable and performed a thorough inspection and was able to answer all my concerns confidently. Installation was arrived within two days and this was performed to a high standard and Ian was able to recommend a roofer to assist even though this was out of scope. The solution that Iain recommended has addressed the issues within my property. Working with Iain was a pleasure and I would highly recommend his work.

Iain Mantripp visited the property, carried out a thorough investigation and gave me a detailed explanation of what was required to address the problem. We are very happy with the work done and have piece of mind that it comes with a 5 year guarantee. The system has only just been installed so we are waiting to see the long term results but would recommend this as a serious option where ventilation is a problem. Iain demonstrated the benefit of installing Envirovent fans and helped me work out what was required in my flat. He did the survey and then the job was organised and then the installer came to complete the work. He keep in touch to ensure the work was carried out to my satisfaction. The other flat also wanted to install it and as a result Iain was able to give a discount for the combined job.

Iain was very professional, helpful and flexible with regard to booking his first appointment/demonstration. The product he sells ( moisture reducing unit to alleviate damp/condensation) is a good product - which helps. In addition prior to purchasing this unit ( cost @ £950) he arranged for me to speak to a previous customer. This was at my request. It was done on time ( within 2 weeks from the first appointment ), within budget about 1 month ago.
