I would like to say that Andy Daniels building services is quite simply, fantastic. His attention to detail is to be beheld. Right from the off, he was on the case. He is the one-stop shop for any building needs required. His original quote was highly professional and offered many sensible suggestions which we had not thought of. We took his advice on board and as a result have a far better outcome. He has suggested things we just would have never even thought of. The quality of his workmanship is highly impressive and he leave no stone unturned. I cannot rate this builder high enough. we changed and amended a number of things throughout the upgrade and Andy took this in his stride. I only wish I organised for Andy to do the whole project, unfortunately I originally booked a few tradesmen individually....big mistake as Andy can and will do the lot. It would have made life so much easier and I it's clear the finish would have been spot on. In summary, cracking builder who can organise everyone and quality is second to none. You have transformed our house and we all thank you!!!! Ray, Sarah, Callum and max kirby 120m2 wooden flooring, removal of internal wall, 13 doors fitted, kitchen, 2 bathrooms ....and all my other extra's!

I hired Andy to fit our kitchen and lay laminate flooring throughout the ground floor. I cannot fault Andy on the work that he did for us. His eye for detail is fantastic and if there were any problems he would find a way around them in a professional way and would give advice as to what to do about it. Andy gave us a timescale of a week to complete all works which was adhered to. He was punctual and worked professionally at all times and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to other people or asking him to do other jobs around my home. Our kitchen looks fantastic and it was all done in time for christmas. Happy days! Again I cannot praise Andy enough for his work. You can tell that he enjoy's what he does. If you want a job done on time, professionally and on budget then he is your man.

Andy refitted new shower sink unit and tiles to shower room excellent workmanship advice and always turned up on time and very professional at all times.

We had a loft conversion which involved the roof being lifted up to create two gable ends, roof completely replaced. Conversion created two generous bedrooms both with en-suite facilities and putting in a staircase. We also redesigned and had fitted a new kitchen and utility, replacement conservatory, Windows and doors both external and internal, redesign and replace an existing bathroom, updated heating system & plumbing, updated electrics, plastering, flooring. We made arrangements for Andy to come and see us about conversion and revamp of our bungalow. He was friendly from the beginning, understood what the needs were and what we needed to achieve. Offered ideas and suggestions which help us understand more about the depth of his experience and expertise. This was to be a massive project and to be completed with a family of 6 remaining in the property which included a young child. From the first day Andy met with us to the final departure Andy and his team were reliable, polite, the guys had fun with us as we did with them but they remained professional and respectful that we were having to live through the disruption as much as they had to take even more care as we were living below! When work became more intrusive into our living space, like the staircase being put in, the kitchen being pulled out the respect stayed and we felt comfortable enough with them just leave the house during the day and let them get on without us being around. We trusted Andy to keep on with the work. The work was completed to a high standard, good quality materials were used. He gave us a time scale of 12 weeks, and for the last two weeks we were Away on holiday but felt confident to leave our home and felt it was in safe hands. We came home see the final result within the 12 weeks. It was amazing. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Andy to anyone, our kitchen has become the real centre of our home, the redesign has made it a much more versatile, useable and sociable space.
