Very good experience, a good tradesman, turns up at the time he says, does a good job, would use again. Dorin, moved and install 4 radiators and we're happy.

Punctual and knowledgeable would use again

I can’t recommend Dorin highly enough. I needed an emergency plumber to fix a leak that couldn’t be stopped with the stopcock and he came round right away. The quote was really reasonable, and even when the job became far more complicated than expected, which meant the job ended up taking a full day, he didn’t increase the price. In fact, while we waited for the water company to arrive, he did a few more little jobs for us (like hanging curtain rails and taking a bit off of a door that kept sticking) for minimal charge. When the job was finished he replaced the plasterboard and filled over so that it is ready to paint as soon as the wall has dried, and completely cleaned up after himself. I am really happy with the job done. Really nice guy and professional worker and I’ll definitely be using him for other jobs in the future.

I hired Dorin to fit a sink into a laminate worktop and install a washer dryer. He arrived early and efficiently completed the work, even coming back the next day to connect up the washer dryer, since it hadn't arrived by the time he was here to do the sink. The communication was great, he came across as honest and open. The end result is of a high standard. I would happily have him back to do more work if needed.

Dorin did another great job for us, the cloakroom has been transformed. Dorin and his team are always friendly, punctual and tidy, they keep us informed about how the work is progressing. We would definitely use him again.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE AND EXPENSIVE BUILDER I hired Dorin after reading good reviews and he came across charming man who knows the job and gave assurance that he will do the job professionally. Though he quoted more than others. He finished the work with in given time but he put the silicon in shower with out cleaning the dust. Did not seal off the the shower tray. He broke the tile in the bathroom but never mentioned. Box behind the toilet he just glued 2 tiles together and left the whole open behind where you can see the pipes. Removed the carpet of dinning room and left the dirt floor. I specifically told him that don't remove carpet from dinning room.hot water in wash basin is just a trickle. He did come back! But while sorting out water he cracked the wash basin but did not mentioned it. Still no hot water in wash basin. Boxing behind the toilet is the same. When I phoned him to talk as I was at work all day. He shouted at me and put down the phone. I gave him a year that he will call to correct his mess but never heard from him.

Getting work done is never fun but I had the best experience. These men really work hard. I am extremely happy with my bathroom. I have had many compliments about it. Dorian goes the extra mile. Not many people go that extra mile and I absolutely Highly Recommend. I am not easy to please.
