    I put the job up on the Monday and Craig started on the Wednesday. He fitted this in between other jobs so took til the Monday to complete. However, my measurements were also short and Craig came back having ordered more materials to complete. There were a few times where Craig was meant to come and didn't and didn't contact me, I had to contact him but he was always pleasant and polite. The fence itself looks good but area wasn't cleared up afterwards, I had to do that but we never actually discussed who would do this and obviously the recycling centres are closed due to corona virus. The price quoted was very reasonable and I appreciate these are unusual times so bound to have had an impact. Overall, good job, good price, fitted in quickly and polite. Communication could have been better and should have discussed tidying up.

    It was a bit hard to get the communication going at the beginning but I persisted and eventually, he came to quote me for the job. I was happy with the price and went ahead with it.     Craig phoned and told me, he would come at 11am, as he was completing another job. He also said that, he could do the job on the day, if we agreed. Craig and his mate, collected 4 interior doors, hinges, handles etc. and had them installed and working, by 4.30pm, they left the house fairly tidy, as my wife said, she would hoover up anyway. Pleasant, easy to talk to, both Craig and his oppo. would be recommended for any joinery work you may need doing. My only small gripe, they would not take the old doors away, as they were charged for this, for the price, I did not expect to have to arrange disposal of the old doors. Having said that, I would contact Craig again, for any joinery work we may require.

    Craig and his colleague completed the job to a high standard and were both very easy to work with. They were always polite and considerate and I would not hesitate to use them again. The only slight issue I had was the fact that they were very busy and as my job was taking longer than they expected it took a few days to complete. They then ended up fitting the remaining work around other jobs they had. This was not a problem for me as they were flexible about when to come and finish the work. The work was still well done and no corners were cut in the completion of the work. Thank you guys we are really pleased with the finished article.

    I don't know what happened with Craig. He seemed great and after seeing the work required, he gave a quote that I was happy with and agreed to start. After a few delays due to ordering problems the start date kept being pushed back. Then there were more delays due to sickness and a backlog of other projects. I waited patiently and stayed in touch.
    Eventually Craig stopped communicating. I don't know why. His phone just rang, I left voice messages, missed calls, text messages over a couple of weeks. No reply.
    I hope he's fine and it was just a misunderstanding.
    Unfortunate I can't wait forever so I must move on and find someone else to do the work.

    A Job which should have taken 1-2 days max took over 7 different visits. Craig showed up without ladders on 2 occasions resulting in me having to ask the neighbour. On numerous occasions he would show up without materials then would then have to go away for 2 hours at a time. Constantly excuses and having to chase him up by message. Kitchen ceiling is still not finished (silicone). Would not recommend or use again.

    The banister wasn't easiest of jobs as I purchased from B & Q in bits (which he met me at B & Q to advise on while I purchased it) with separate glass panels and a couple wee tricky bits he found solutions for. Replaced any skirting boards damaged while filling in large section of wall and even left me some beading incase I needed it during the rest of my work. I would highly recommend Craig.     Criag provided an excellent service for a very fair price. My furniture had not arrived when craig visited but he was more than willing to install extra kitchen units and a worktop for me. Furniture is now being asembled and i have asked him to quote for flooring and will be keeping his details for any future work i need done.
