The flooring was installed alright, but the communication was very poor.
The first time he was here, I gave him a mask, he put it on but after a while, he threw it on the floor. There were some gaps, he didn't tell me he ran out of the flooring, actually I had some spare pieces that would be enough to fill the gap. The second time after bought some beading and doorbars, as agreed he came to install them, he left at lunch time without telling me, I was upstairs, my husband was downstairs, he just left, I phoned him, he said he would he had family emergency, I didn't believe him because he could have told me when he was at our house. He didn't finish the work, he said I bought the wrong part but why couldn't he communicate when he was there ?
