Buttar Construction Ltd. reviews (7)

I hired Karan Buttar for my loft conversion, kitchen extension, and refurbishment of the existing house. I selected Karan after he contacted me through “mybuilder.com” website. I shortlisted 6 builders. Of the 6 builders who priced my job, I found Karan to be the most knowledgeable and credible. His proposal for my project was fairly easy to understand and delivered on the same day he visited my house, which I found impressive! I knew my project was fairly big (total cost was over £100K) and I wanted someone I could trust. Whilst Karan was not the cheapest, he was not the most expensive. I was looking for good quality work at a reasonable price. Now that the project is complete, I can say Butter Construction delivered to my expectations. Karan’s team are honest and completely reliable. There are some language barrier issues with the work force, but generally it is possible to work around this without significant problems. We had frequent and regular meetings with Karan and he did manage this without too much difficulty. Some of his guys speak good English. I was able to change scope and negotiate openly and honestly with Karen about cost changes. If I was not happy with any aspect of the work, I informed Karen and changes were agreed without fuss. When his men got things wrong, Karen simply got them to change it without trying to provide any excuses. In summary, I would not hesitate in recommending Karan/ Buttar Construction for your project.

Karan buttar is a credible, trust worthy,  infact a best builder we could have ever got for our complex building project. Initially we received quotes and interviewed  8 builders and we selected Buttar construction.  From start to end the work he has been under strict budget and the quoted price is what we paid. During the project duration the  skip price increased significantly. We still paid him original price. His team of experts is fab at work. All employes are hard working , clean n experts in there own area however they also know a lot about other jobs which was very handy especially when last bits of works were done. Karan has very good contacts in the industry for sourcing materials, we had to provide materials  tiles and bathroom - western heating in Hounslow .  Karan made lot of saving for the items we were suppose to provide.   At each stage of the project Karan listened to our changing requirements and accommodated very well, he was flexible to work with around my busy schedule. I will give him business again. I strongly recommend Karan Buttar for building projects.

We had a massive project involving 2 houses. One of them having a loft conversation with a new garage built in the garden. The second house having a loft conversion with a side and back double storey extension. The quality of the workmanship was excellent. Any issues in terms of changes or alterations were taken it the builders stride and never caused us any issues. He was more than willing to accommodate our changes even if it meant changes to work already done. The overall quality of the build was second to none. The building work was completed on time and on budget. The project started at a frantic pace, and after a week or so the double storey extension was already up. However work did slow down, but this was due to us not buying certain items which were not included in the price.. i.e Kitchen units and appliances, white items, bathroom and toilets. Once we had bought these goods, they were installed and ready to use in a matter of days. Hardials strengths are the fact that his building work is excellent, and together with his great work ethic, produces what the client requires. Above all, his experience, expertise and advise makes the whole experience easier for the client. I would recommend him and his team for any type of building work.

We had a massive building project of a double side extension, a rear extension and loft conversion, and called Hardial in for a quote. I was so impressed by his knowledge and he gave us several recommendations for our build. We hired him, and he got work going quickly, the brickwork, plastering, electrics and secondary fittings were superb and according to building regulations. The quality of all work undertaken was brilliant, and the team of builders were friendly, helpful, arrived early and left late. Hardial's strength is that he listens to what we needed and got out job done on time and in budget.

Hardial did an extension for me the quality of the build was superb. The brickwork was outstanding. Hardial and his team were excellent always starting early and leaving late ensuring the site was left in a clean state. Nothing was too much trouble for him. I am only too happy to recommend Hardial As I was well impressed with the quality and professionalism of his work Rakesh (West Drayton)

Hardial and team completed a loft conversion and kitchen extension on my property. The outside of my house was just made out of concrete and he put bricks on the exterior for me as well. He was clean, tidy and on time. He completed the project a month early. I had no problems with him. He did anything i asked - was very accommodating and didn't charge me any extras. I would definitely use him again and have already recommended him to others.

He did a large project for me I had a three bedrommed semi and he built an extension to the side and to the rear and a garage at the back and refurbished the rest of the house, basically taking it down to a shell and rebuilding it. He also organised the other trades such as electrical, and carpentry. He did a very good job and neighbours who wanted to know what I was having done came round to have a look and I gave them his name. However they said that they already had a builder, but halfway through the job the builder let them down so Hardial took over their projects. I am happy to recommend him.
