Declan fitted us in around other jobs to accommodate us as early as possible. Good standard of craftsmanship

Declan sorted out the internal doors advising me what could be repaired and replaced. He communicated well working efficiently and cleanly. On a personal note I experienced him as a kind, considerate and trustworthy man. I would definitely recommend and use him again.

I am so often wary of hiring tradesmen for work on my house, but not this time. Declan is first class. He worked fast, thoroughly, identified what all needed doing, and was done in 2 weeks: the whole house painted (and well), all flooring cover removed and replaced, and the garden tidied up nicely. I have already recommended him to 2 other local householders and recommend him to anyone else. In addition he recommended a carpet layer to do the new carpets etc. This was Paul Johnson and my neighbour apparently totally approved of the job he did. Oh, and i consider his costs totally acceptable. Thanks Declan.
