This is an ongoing job, but the Company has been excellent to deal with, well informed and reliable. Thoroughly recommend dealing with Neil and Mike, helpful, diligent, tidy and informative. Will update on completion.

Michael and Neil did a fantastic job with our large 2-story extension. I would happily recommend them for any building work. Our build was not straight forward and the brothers displayed skill, experience and patience when extending alongside a building built in the 1800s. They were professional throughout the whole process as well as very hardworking, punctual and even working weekends to get the job finished for us as soon as possible. We had many changes along the way that differed from the original drawings to which they were more than accommodating and provided competitive prices. As the construction was being held during the Covid pandemic the brothers kept us duly informed throughout with any supply or material delays alleviating any worries we had.

Very impressed with this company, from start to finish they were a quality outfit and completed a very high quality job. In the future I'd have no hesitation contacting them again. When they came to view the job they did a thorough check of the area and when under the property they found that there was not sufficient support to hold the beam as things stood. They went back to the structural engineer on my behalf and found a cost effective solution to remedy the situation and kept me fully informed as we waited for the information required to complete the job safely. Once all the required structural requirements were agreed they completed the job very promptly and took pictures to show the work completed should the council require this further down the line.

We were moving internal and external walls as well as adding an extension to create one big room, so it was important for me to be satisfied that the steel-work would be done right. Structural integrity was top of our list and Neil and Michaels experience with steel and extensions gave us real peace of mind - and we weren't disappointed. We had four other quotes and none of them came across as particularly confident regarding the specified steel-works. The level of workmanship (from this untrained eye!) is superb. Insulating the new extension was impressive, as was their reaction to all our last minute changes. The challenges from covid were/are all too real and they worked hard to get the supplies we requested. They arranged the fitting of our kitchen and a list of extra work which wasn't originally specified. I would not hesitate for one second to use them again and have/will make recommendation to friends and family. Thanks, fellas - our place looks fantastic now!

Neil and Michael are fantastic builders. From beginning to end they were professional. Neil and his team worked through the winter to get my extension water tight and to complete the job on schedule!. The cost of the works were also very reasonable! Many builders under price or over-price jobs but I was happy that the cost Neil provided, that was it!!! I have had works carried out in the past but Neil at Avor contracts are one of the exceptionally fantastic builders around! I would recommend that if you are getting works carried out ask Neil if he would do it for you! I will always recommend Neil and his team over all the builders I know in the trade!! Aqil Glasgow

Neil and Michael were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. All quotations were very detailed and easy to read. We had a wall knocked down, beam fitted and old doorway bricked up. They took 2 and 1/2 days, exactly as forecast. Extremely neat and efficient! Would highly recommend.

What started out as a foundations and underbuilding works package was expanded to include internal structural steel alterations and newbuild timber superstructure extension, all successfully tackled by AVOR. Their work is of a consistantly high quality, neat, tidy work processes that are well planned and precise with clear unambiguous communication all the way through. I would highly recommend AVOR.
