Lee was very helpful. He spent a lot of time going through options and provided me with pros and cons for each scenario. Once a decision had been made he was very prompt in delivering the drawings. Highly recommended.

  • Loft Conversion

We hired Lee initially to produce architectural drawings and to advise on the submission of a pre-planning application. After visiting the property he shared pdf drawings of the work we had discussed. We decided to take a slightly different option which would have required one of the drawings to be amended.
At this point Lee took the decision to retire and stop working with us despite neither having completed either the drawings nor helped us with the pre-application process. He refunded half of the money, however we are left at square 1 again without CAD drawings and without any progress on the planning application. A very negative end, we now have to start again from scratch.

    Lee Davidson RIBA's reply:

We had an interesting thorough discussion about this project . On occasions it is necessary however to step back if you feel you can't provide what the client is after. The vast majority of my clients over the last 10 years have been very happy with the quality of service I have provided. I very much appreciate all the positive feedback I have received over the years. I wish this particular client all the very best in his pursuits. Best Wishes Lee Davidson RIBA

  • New dormer loft conversion

We had a great experience working with Lee. He really listened to our overall goals and was very quick in drawing up our plans. He went above and beyond, helping us make the most of our little house that we are trying to make bigger and better. He gave us good advice too on how to achieve a great look at a reasonable cost. We would definitely hire him again.
