I was contacted within 5 minutes of posting the job. Tarron of Apex Windows moved his afternoon schedule around to accommodate my needs. He arrived within the hour and fixed the problem quickly and professionally, also offering advice for upkeep and preventative measures moving forward. Excellent customer service I would 100% recommend Apex Windows. My experience was a delight and I can't say enough good things about the service I received.

Tarron arrived on time both times, when he came to provide a quote and when he came to do the actual job. He changed the lock at the front door and fixed the handles and locks fir the windows. He was very quick and he did a great job. Tarron was also very organized, an he provided a written quote with the necessary break down if the total price. Definitely recommended.

Tarron is a great guy to deal with; he contacts you and turns up when he says he will! He supplied and fitted a front door handle, letterbox and outside locking plate - and then returned to fit a locking mechanism. The work was quick and faultless. I would highly recommend him and would not hesitate to use his services again in the future.
