‘Typically, it takes an architect seven years to qualify, following a combination of theoretical and practical training, so you can be assured of our professional competence to deliver your project.’
The requirement for PI Insurance as below will depend on the stage of the project as it covers the design produced. This is relevant to detailed construction set drawings post planning stage (as planning drawings should not be used to construct from). It is important to note that PI Insurance differs from the insurance the contractor will require on site for undertaking the construction and they are not the same.
