Alex was extremely helpful in setting up our new bed frame. It was difficult to get the headboard upstairs because the stairs to the loft were blocking the space. But he took initiative and took the extra time to remove some of the steps to the loft so we could get the headboard up. Thanks for your help, Alex! Highly recommended service - professional and friendly.
