John Collins of 1st Class Security Solutions responded by telephone to our request within 2 hours of our posting it. He arrived just over 3 hours later and provided truly exceptional service; the business is accurately named!
We had a patio door with jammed gearing with the door in a locked position. Suitably equipped with health and safety in mind, the door was quickly released and a diagnosis made of what was required to fix it. The part was speedily acquired and the £30 saving on it over the original price was passed on to us. Returning by 3pm,John completed the installation of the new mechanism by 4pm. The problem was completely solved - and a warranty given. The door was cleaned up to perfection before departure. You simply could not expect or ask for more. The bonus is that John is an exceptionally personable guy. Commission him with full confidence.

Every one just let you know, this is s brilliant site, I posted job this morning around 8:30, got quick reply from John, he attended property around 9:30, fixed the front door lock in 25 minutes and that's it, get the job done, I must say John is highly experienced and good person, I like his way of handling the job.

100% recommend John Collins. He picked my job up very quickly and visited the job this morning when he said he would be there. He fixed the lock (probably only a temporary measure as it is old and will probably fail again) but charged a very reasonable amount. He was very polite and courteous. I will definitely call on him to replace the lock (probably in the next couple of weeks). May as well get it done sooner rather than later.
