I had absolutely no issue with Miss Hall paying for the materials as they were delivered. I have been doing the transfer way for over 15 yrs. Sometimes easier for the client. The area the fence was to go in was to be cleared by Miss Hall. Some was done we had to remove stumps and the waste away from area for the fence. At all stages of the fencing we had Miss Hall approve and continued this way till finished. She paid in full and was happy with our work. I had work a few doors away 3 weeks after completing Miss Hall's fencing. It was the day before this she started complaining. I offered to go round to look and see the so called problems, she refused. On starting the neighbours work Miss Hall with her son decided to call round. They called me every name under the sun including calling me a racist. Her son spoke in an aggressive and threatening tone. They left only to return with Miss Hall saying dont even think about calling the police saying my son was threatening. This client had issues with another neighbour to the point of paranoia in my opinion. I had assured her I did not know the neighbour nor would I discuss her intended work with them. At no time did I make derogatory remarks about Miss Hall. I did sense she was going to be a problem. I was correct. I belive anyone who does work for her will have the same problems. She constantly called other people who had done work for her. This client has since been texting me at unsociable hours complaining
