Best builders in Norwich in my honest opinion. Completed the build on time and to budget and did a very high quality job. Can't ask for more than that.

When we first met Vlad, he said that we would be very pleased with the job that Vaia Construct would do for us - he was right, we are, we're delighted. Vlad and his team are very conscientious, hard working, co-operative and courteous. The work was all completed to a very high standard and the site was always left very clean and tidy. The fixed price that Vlad quoted was very competitive and the degree of detail in the quote meant that there were very few extras. Our one minor criticism is that Vlad was over optimistic with the project completion date that he gave us.

I can’t rate Vlad and the team highly enough! They did an excellent job, have amazing attention to detail, and we feel very lucky that we found them. Should we ever decide to do any renovations in the future they would be my first port of call. From the very start, they showed up when they said they would, they provided a very reasonable and clear quote, and were professional and polite throughout. They worked exceptionally hard all the time they were on the project, kept the site neat and tidy and were courteous and considerate of the neighbours. They were very clear about what we had to order and by when to keep the build progressing well, very helpful as we had not done anything like this before. The guys had a can-do attitude, nothing was ever a problem, even when we changed our minds. Vlad worked closely with the electricians, plumbers, glaziers, roofers, scaffolders, and carpenters to ensure that the build ran smoothly. We had a double story side extension, with single story rear extension, all internal walls upstairs reconfigured, new reconfigured staircase, new steel support beams, complete rewire and replumb, and new driveway made. We are very happy with the finished product, the guys had very exacting standards, the finish on the workmanship is exceptionally high, from the plastering to the tiling, and carpentry, and fitting of the fixtures and fittings. Vlad and his team are the bar that we will now measure all other tradespeople against.

We are delighted with our renovations. A big job in the city center. Front and rear ground floor extensions, 2 x bathrooms, and internal walls taken down and rebuilt. Vlad and his team were polite, hard working, any solutions needed were worked out as a team with us and not a problem for them to adjust from the original plan. They worked long and hard to ensure we were happy with our works. Many people asked for their contact details during and after the works. The brickwork was finished to a very high standard and if there were any faults due to materials not being right, the works were taken down and re-started. Communication was good and Vlad always responded to text messages. He coordinated the project with other tradespeople for us. The renovations were very disruptive to our family life for some time but Vlad and his team made it as smooth as possible to ensure we had 'some' quality of life while not having any floors or walls at one point! Vlad and his team were excellent from start to finish. From the moment Vlad quoted for us, his communication was brilliant; he came over to meet us and discuss the job, provided us with testimonials and invited us to view one of his existing projects so that we could see his work. Throughout the job, he and his team worked very carefully, always cleaned up after themselves, and completed the work to a very high standard. He was punctual, reliable, and communicated with me throughout about when they would be working, so we always knew when to expect them and how the job was progressing. We are extremely happy with the extension that he has built for us. It has been completed to an exceptional standard. I'd recommend Vlad to anyone.

Vlad and his team of builders are the best builders l have come across in quite a while. His reliability, honesty and standard of professionalism are all second to none! His prices are most competitive. I would not hesitate to recommend Vlad whatsoever.

The team at Vaia Construct are amazing! They made the process stress free and nothing was a problem. We exchanged in excess of 50 emails before they even started and their patience and understanding to work with our budget was so helpful. They worked quickly and they ensured us that they could complete the project within 20 days and finally finished after only 15! This was a 30m2 cavity walled building with internal studwork. They came everyday and they always made us aware of the next days plans. This meant that we were never left wondering if they would appear or how long our house would be disturbed like with so many other builders. They were clean and tidy throughout and left our garden safe for our children to play as normal each evening after school. As well as the physical building process, they also spoke directly with our architect, structural engineer and building control. We are so pleased with the end result and we have had neighbours and other tradesmen alike commenting on the speed and high quality workmanship that they have provided. Both the plasterer and electrician who were sourced separately have commented completely unprompted at the high standard of work. By all accounts for Vaia, this isn't a special case this is how they work every day. It has actually been a pleasure having builders in and we will be using them as well as recommending again for future work. Thank you once again guys!

We have recently had 2 large extension completed on our care home in Mulbarton, the work was completed to a fantastic standard by Vlad and his team at V & B Builders. Vlad is very knowledgable and his English is fantastic. This was a very large job and as such we had lots of questions, Vlad was very helpful and always put our minds at rest with great advice and problem solving. His time keeping is very good and he is always on site early ensuring his team are working hard. The team worked through very bad weather and this did not slow them down. We had some problems along the way with sub-contractors, Vlad helped me to sort out the problems and went above and beyond what we had asked of him. Vlads workmanship was 10/10 and cannot be faulted. I would recommend V & B Builders to anyone and we will be using them again in the future without hesitation.

We spent some time researching builders in Norfolk before settling for V & B builders from Norwich. Unlike other potential builders we canvassed, Vlad and Bogdan were the most professional, courteous and reliable builders we met, even when it came to coming to see us on time to discuss what we wanted to do in the first instance and that couldn’t be said of others. Some quotes we had were very brief whereas Vlad and Bogdan’s quote was detailed and specific; they had clearly listened to what it was we were trying to achieve. The quality of their building work was excellent, as was their work ethic. They were prepared to work long hours if necessary but this never detracted from the quality of the work they produced. I must also thank them for keeping us updated throughout the process and if there was anything we were unclear about they were always prepared to take the time to explain the why’s and wherefores’. As the build developed we had more ideas and asked for additional work to be done. Nothing was ever too much trouble and because of the detailed quote it was easy to work out any additional costs at the end of the project. We are incredibly pleased we chose to work with Vlad and Bogdan and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for talented and respectful builders who communicate well and produce excellent work.

Very professional, punctual, tidy along with excellent workmanship. As we currently live in France we had to put our trust in Vlad and Bogdan as we were not on site to check the build. During the renovations we did manage to visit once and we were thoroughly delighted with the progress and standard of finish. Our neighbours too were impressed with these builders commenting that "They never seemed to stop". We wouldn't hesitate in using them again and so would recommend them to anyone.
