We called vanguard last month at 3am, we were getting an awful amount of water in from the roof. Within an hour vanguard had 2 roofers out to patch the roof. They then came back the very next morning to carry out the repairs. The job cost £870 in total which my husband and I agreed was very reasonable for the service. I would definitely use them again!
