    Replace battening & felt on house roof.
    Took a while from quote to getting the job done. Lack of materials, covid then winter. However, once started, the job was completed in 5 days to a very high standard. The roofers found some odd issues not originally quoted for once the old roof had been stripped off but pointed them out to me, confirmed that they could put them right and would itemise the extras on the invoice, which they did. High standard tiles and other fittings, the extras came well within my budget, fully invoiced. Three good blokes were Oz, Daz and Ollie, and a fine job from all three. Cleaned up after them, excellent job well done. Would recommend them, no problem at all. Just need some rain now to test out the new roof!! Cheers lads. David & Tracey Parr

    New gutters and fascia on front of semi detached house
    Very good quote and work carried out exactly as planned, very friendly and easy to get on with workmen and site left clean and tidy, would use again. Thanks Oz and Darren. Sheila

    After having all new guttering fitted was expecting it to be in good working order. The front of house is like a waterfall above my bedroom window .Oz came to look at it and took out some moss .The next time it rained it did it again he came again as said it was my neighbours connection but made some fix .The next time it rained it did it again only this time the clip above the window was drippingas well.I spoke to him again and he said it was down to neighbours I said I would speak to them and if necessary would pay for any cost to fix it . I believe it needs realigning as it does not flow properly and builds up in that area then cascades down.He said he would get back to me and I am still waiting 2 months on from when we last spoke. Will now have to ask someone else to fix this as I have lost all faith in him now. This cost a lot of money would not recommend .

    Answer from tradesperson:

    As you have stated we returned on more than one occasion. Your neighbour had admitted there was an issue with this gutters but he had said he wanted to fix this himself and didn't want us to realise his gutter, you were there when this conversation happened. Understand you said you would pay but without the permission of the neighbour i'm not able to carry out works on this property. Other neighbours were present on another visit who again agreed that the issue was being caused by next door. We carried out extra work for you as we found several issues at a discounted price. The moss is an issue and you originally asked for this to be cleaned and removed, later changing your mind. Moss falling into the gutter after rainfall caused a dam which was shown and explained to you. Im sorry you feel this way and I hope you find a solution with the next door issue to fix this issue.

    Gutter clearing
    Excellent friendly service, kept to appointment times or phoned if delayed. Competitive price and recommended for other churches needing regular gutter cleans and downpipe rodding. We have agreed to use them for twice yearly cleaning from now on.

    Leak in roof - damaged felt
    Valkyrie roofing have re-felted and re-tiled a large section of my roof as well as removing the chimney on the gable end. They have done an excellent job and I could not have been more helpful. Due to the work being carried out over the winter they worked around the lack of scaffolding and the weather to complete the job in excellent time. Could not recommend highly enough.

    Gutter, soffit, downpipes and fascia replacement
    We were offered good communication with a detailed quote beforehand. The work was carried out to our satisfaction with a polite and conscientious attitude. Our home was left clean and tidy with Oz doing exactly as agreed in the timescale offered. Thank You!!

    Gutter/downpipe repair
    Response was fast and communication was clear and polite. Darren came on time and did everything possible to complete the job, in an efficient and professional manner. Fully expect to use Valkyrie again.
