Everything was spot on: the clear and responsive communication, the punctuality and commitment, the personable approach, the fantastic craftsmanship, the solution solving ideas, the advice on the aesthetics. People in the street were so impressed by his job that one of my neighbours immediately hired him as well, and a second one is considering him too.
