What a lucky find. Great team. Very hardworking. Precise. Polite. Fun. Turned up like clockwork.Look at the Facebook page you will see my raft....what a job 28tonne excavation! Also they carried on when I was ill during the job. Barely drank a cuppa !!! Also dealt with deliveries that kept turning up. Any amendments we discussed through. So much so 2 months later I had them back to do block work on double garage. They just made the experience easy for me. Skilled friendly team that keep going in heat and rain. Cant thank them enough.

Tom’s boys worked with us initially plaster boarding the entire house and garage. Based on this experience, we kept Tom’s team on for the rest of our self-build project. They performed first and second fix carpentry throughout the whole house, exterior cladding and gutter installation. We’d recommend Toms team to anyone finding Tom to be a reliable open and helpful partner in our build project

We are so pleased to have employed Tom Watts to build an extension (approx. 15 sq metres) off our existing kitchen and dining room. This was in order to create a large family room including a new kitchen installation. The site was not without its challenges as our house is built on a slope and required a very deep foundation to be laid. The build also required 3 RSJs (in order to remove existing walls) to create a modern space for open-plan living. Tom and his team were very easy to work with communicating any changes to the schedule and proving to be very reliable. Inevitably, as with any job such as this, there were instances where a good problem-solver was needed. Tom was able to offer creative solutions which kept the job progressing. After completing the building work T.W.Carpentry & Building also installed our new kitchen and finished the new room with new skirtings and door frames. We are very satisfied with the finished project and due to the quality of the work we are very happy to recommend this builder.

I employed Mr Watts to build the shell of my ‘Self-Build’ house, a large two story building. Mr Watts demonstrated from the start a thorough understanding of the build process and the quality of his work was first class. In addition he competently dealt with Building Regs and others. He was never late and always turned up, even when the weather was not great and other builders might not have bothered. As a consequence his progress was great, in spite of poor weather. He is approachable and able to share ideas and concerns about the build. I would recommend him to any person considering using his build services. Whilst his work for me was confined to building the shell, in my discussions with him it is very clear he is equally competent at roofing and other areas of building. I have been involved in building professionally and personally for 30 years and have encountered few builders I would trust to work for me. Mr Watts is one of those few. I have already recommended him to two neighbours who also are impressed with his work (having seen it). I no hesitation whatsoever in recommending him Mr Watts to anyone looking for a builder.

Tom was able to help with some other work while he had a spare week and was a great help with the building project I've got going on. For the roofing, Tom was able to send down some of his team who were very friendly and worked really hard in the hot weather! All my neighbours are suitably impressed at the professionalism of the work and jealous of my lovely new extension roof!

Very professional craftsmanship , couldn't fault the job in hand , very reasonable price and job carried out in a timely Manner, will use again very soon .

Tom fitted my kitchen to a very high standard. I am absolutely thrilled with the end result. He is a very professional tradesman and takes pride in his work. He is also very reliable and completed the job in a very suitable time scale. I would recommend Tom to anybody looking to have work done.
