Ben was very professional. The job was started on the day that Ben committed and also finished within the estimated time and budget. Ben was happy to do extra work that was not anticipated earlier. I am happy with the work done and I would certainly recommend Ben.

Ben did an awesome job rebuilding my entire bathroom. He was very clear with the things he quoted and even made sure everything I ordered for the job was correct and I haven't missed anything. Did everything as we explained (and even more changes/additions while the job was in progress) and completed the job before we moved in. He even revisited afterwards for a simple hot water adjustment for the shower. I can't recommend him highly enough!

Cannot fault Ben’s work. He was very clear and straight with me at quotation and detailed where my money was going. He recommended good quality products. My little project wasn’t the easiest or a full renovation but Ben was willing to help me unlike many other businesses who wanted the big jobs. The quality of his work is amazing and helped my vision come true.

Ben and his apprentice Kieran did an absolutely amazing job, the refurbishment was to a high standard, fairly priced, with appropriate advice and the end finish was superb, what made the difference to me in addition to this was the service attention to detail and expertise. I am a single lady living alone and to have tradesman who are reliable and trustworthy is as good a quality as the actual job itself. Ben was not only great at completing the job within budget which was reasonable and fair it was to timescales, Ben has also used his network of other tradesmen to recommended teams who won’t let me down and personally arranged for them to quote me for other works I needed completing which was appreciated. I think overall the quality and standard of work is excellent but if you’re looking for reliability, trustworthiness, experience and decency this team I would highly recommend to not to let you down. The actual bathroom suite, shower, enclosure and tiles were also supplied by Ben. I would recommend the quality of the product and the finish it enabled me to achieve. I would say it was a little more expensive than some materials I could have chosen but the quality and thus the reliability and end result were perfect, Ben will be honest and tell you what’s good bad and ugly so you can make informed choices. Thanks and forever grateful for your patience, I have a bathroom fitter for life. One very happy customer.

There were a number of issues outside both ours and Bens control that resulted in the installation taking longer than expected to finalise, but throughout Ben did whatever he could to reduce the disruption. The end result is superb and would happily recommend.

Thankyou Ben and Kieron for your patience fitting my very bespoke bathroom- my house throws up some quirks. Very professional and very fair pricing for his talents. Highly recommend Ben to anyone. My friend will be making contact with Ben next year for her bathroom refurb.
