Michael was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The work was completed within a couple of days of making the initial call and was carried out to a very high standard. Michael took photos of each step of the process and sent them to me. I found this to be very useful. Reasonably priced.

We just bought a new property and needed the fascia, soffit and guttering replaced as it was in poor condition. Michael and his other colleague John done a great job and the difference between the old and new is night and day, apart from their high quality of work what also stood out to me was their cleanliness when doing the job and also their politeness and respect they had for me, my wife and child, will certainly be using Michael and the team again once we save up a bit of money!.

After visits from various companies,I chose Precision Roofing & Building Contracts (Precision Contracts for short). I had several conversations with Michael McDonagh. He was clearly keen for my business,but I gradually felt that he could be trusted.He met my request for more details on the work to be carried out.He highlighted regularly that he would be using roofing materials provided by Strata Waterproofing and that "the materials would be good for at least 30 years". Michael and his colleague Sean arrived on time on the due date. The roofing solution was based on "torch down" products.This seemed to be quite a common technique in NI but I did have some reservations stemming from articles that I had read regarding fire risks. The work was carried out and finished in the one day. It was clear that Sean had been working on roofing for many years. My main concern was that the two products used were not labelled as Strata Waterproofing but Axter.It would have been useful if Michael had highlighted this fact during our conversations. As a result I felt that it was imperative to obtain a written warranty in accordance with the Axter warranty procedures.Michael was very supportive in providing all the information that was required by Axter and in the end I obtained a 20 year warranty.Very impressed with Axter. I believe that the trust that I had in Michael and Precison contracts in carrying out this work has been justified but of course with a roof, only time will tell.

Michael and the boys did a really good job. Very professional and tidy. Would recommend them for flat roof work.

To say I am thrilled with the job these guys did is a vast understatement! They have totally transformed the back of my house from virtually a mud heap to a very classy, two level patio. They removed almost 100ton of muck from my garden, sorted drainage and laid a very smart patio. They built a wall around the entire area and constructed a fence between the two patio areas. They also extended my existing fence and added new gates. At he front of the house, they added a path allowing the water to drain away from the house. These guys work is first class. From the very first meeting with them to give them my plan to the very last second they were here, they listened to what I wanted and came up with great ideas. Although all the decisions were mine, they gave me great advice and great ideas. They are truly professional workmen as well as being prefect gentlemen. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending these guys. The only reason I would give these guys 5 stars is that there is nowhere to give 10 stars!!! Thanks to them all for a fantastic job 🙂
