Very reliable, efficient, proffesional and respectful! Tom and his team explained fully and advised during job progressing and after completed. Very grateful as feeling now they gave to my Victorian house a good TLC. My house now matching the other properties around. Fully recommended!

I am very pleased with the work completed by Tom and his team. When Tom came around to quote for the job as described here, he was extremely thorough in his inspection, taking lots of photos to show us what work he thought was necessary. When explaining what needed to be done, it was clear that Tom was an experienced and honest contractor; he knew his stuff and also picked up some other issues that needed attention; one of which we weren’t aware of. The quote was detailed and very well priced, furthermore Tom was able to fit the job in between other works that we had booked in which was very much appreciated considering how busy his own work schedule was. Tom and his team turned up on time and the repointing work was carried out to a very high standard. They took the trouble to make sure their repointing matched the original mortar so their work blended in seamlessly. They also did carried out repairs to the roof, putting in new felt and battens approximately a metre from the edge of the roofline as the original items had badly deteriorated. This work ended up being more extensive than they’d anticipated, but this didn’t stop Tom and his team from completing the work to the same high standard as the repointing. Communication was excellent from start to finish; Tom was happy to answer any queries I had before, during and after the work was completed. I can’t recommend Tom enough and will definitely use him again for other work to my property that I have planned.

Tom and his team just finished a big project on my house a retile of the roof with new velux, as well as a strip of the front of my house of all the old paint and a total restoration of the stone. The results speak for themeslves and are fantastic. I am a first time buyer and was nervous before such a project, but Tom and his team made it a dream from start to finish - they worked incredibly hard everyday, Tom kept me in the loop on everything that was happening. I've already been asking him about upcoming projects as he would be my first port of call for all upcoming work.

Tom and his team did a fantastic job for a very reasonable price. They turned up reliably every day, and did a beautiful job deconstructing and rebuilding a large retaining brick wall over the course of 2 weeks, including reusing natural stone and old bricks, saving us money. With the rebuilt wall looking so good, it's no surprise that people walking by were complimenting the work by the end! Communication was always good, including refreshingly good invoicing and billing, and Tom was very professional and up-front about the considerations throughout the process, and kept me well informed, meaning no big surprises. I can honestly highly recommend Tom, and if I need any more building work done, I will be sure to get in contact with him again. He'd be my first choice, both for the reasonable cost, and the quality of work and professionalism.

Tom did an excellent job in completing my porch, despite having to work through a back injury. He was always prompt, and kept me informed of work in progress and timescales. He managed the job very well, and ensured that the door and window that were supplied by Price Glass were fitted in tune with the porch build sequence. He kept me informed of any changes to the budget caused by changes that were requested or necessitated by external factors. I would certainly recommend Tom for your project.

Tom was fantastic from start to finish. He communicated with us daily and kept us up to date with progress. We are really pleased with the work carried out by Tom. We are really happy with the finish and had lots of positive comments from passing neighbours on the building work. I would highly recommend Tom and would work with him again in the future.
