Absolutely a nightmare, a rushed and unprofessional job done. Gave us a 15 year guarantee, roof started leaking from another part after first rain, which was fine before the job. Called them to come and check. To this day no one has come back. Always making excuses of illness and not turning up when booked to come. Completely ghosting us not answering messages or phone calls. We had another roofing company come to check the new leak and they told us that the roof has not been done properly as promised in the invoice. A cheap tape is used instead of lead flashing, a whole row of tiles missing, vents not put in properly hence the new leak. We would just like our money back so that we can pay to have a professional job done. I give zero stars for this job

Really poor. The gutter fell off after two days, after being assured this would be fixed under the "guarantee" and after being rescheduled multiple times we had to find another contractor - who unfortunately raised a number of issues with the gutter that managed to stay on. I offered the chance to resolve for a partial refund but was ignored - recommend you look elsewhere. Very poor overall.

I had this roofer replace my gutter, but after they finished, I noticed a leak in both the gutter and the downpipe [ specially with the screw on downpipe ] . I've tried reaching out to them several times to get it fixed, but they’re not responding at all. Super frustrating to pay for a service and still have issues with it.

Got these guys to do a simple slate replacement on a job in Vauxhall, they managed to do that though tried to upsell to a full roof replacement, I then asked them to do another small job on another house and it was a shambles, really poor quality workmanship, did more damage than they fixed and despite numerous promises to go back and sort it out they did not. I would really recommend you avoid these guys at all costs so you dont get ripped off like i did!

Would highly recommend TJ Roofing and Guttering !! John and the team came out quoted me reasonably was happy to do the job, kept me updated throughout the job and the results were fab!

After 2 other companies failing to make the job right had John and his team recommended to me by a family member they came had a look gave me some advice and a quotation returned on the agreed date got the job completed clean and tidy company would highly recommend
