We have just had our central heating and boiler system installed by Harry and Jack at Serene heat. This service has been exceptional and we could not have asked for a better team and company. The job as complex, faced delays from our side but Harry was patient and went the extra mile to help us out. We could the work to be professional, delivered at a high standard and communication was great. We also had a water conditioner, outside tap and radiator change last minute which was accommodated. Harry opened a trade account with the radiator company we wanted to use which was very helpful. Once the job was complete there was a full hand over and we know if anything is needed in the future we can get in touch. We would 100% recommend Serene Heat for you job.

Full Central Heating reinstall at our 4 bed home in West Byfleet. From quote, to supply and install – Harry and his team were extremely professional, timely, knowledgeable and tidy. Turned up on the day he said they would, accommodated lack of hot water for only x1 evening (as we have 2 children) making sure we had full services until the cut over to the new system ASAP. We worked at home all week and they were so accommodating, no bad language from Harrys team, but great fun professional banter and communication with his team. Thanks Serene Heat!

I had many questions and requests for this boiler and radiator replacement job. Harry was the most patient with me and tried his best to accommodate throughout all the interactions. We have a young baby who sleeps in the morning. His team was very considerate and respectful. They always kept their promises and arrived on time. They were also very careful with our new wooden floor, protecting it well. They always cleaned after themselves at the end of each day. I could not have asked for better service. Super happy with everything. Top job! Highly recommended.

Just as promised, arrived on time, did their job with all honesty, ensured I was happy with the outcome, and kept providing me with help and support after for few days over WhatsApp resolving my queries to my satisfaction.
