Repair toilet cistern that continues to run after flush
Really happy with Sam’s work. He was very friendly and polite. He gave me a price, came and fixed the toilet, but unfortunately the leak started again. I called him and he came back straight away to sort it out. He ordered the part immediately, and as soon as it arrived, he came back and fitted it without charging me anything extra. I also asked him to look at another job, which was a bit tricky, but he was so patient and calm throughout. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing a good job and helping people. Really appreciate his honesty, kindness and professionalism. Would definitely use Sam again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable plumber.
Answer from tradesperson:

P-trap fitting for bathroom sink.
Sam is super friendly and made me feel really comfortable. He took care to not make or leave a mess in my home, and explained everything he was doing and why as he worked. Communication was prompt and he was punctual, and went above and beyond to ensure my leak was fixed and I was happy with the end result. Pricing was really reasonable and Sam kept to the agreed price even when the job ended up being a bit trickier than anticipated. Would 100% use again and definitely recommend.
Answer from tradesperson:
Thank you for the fantastic feedback and recommendation, Naomi! I'm really glad I could get the P-trap leak fixed properly and honour the original quote for you. Truly appreciate your support!
