Superior Renovations completed a full bathroom replacement for me. It was obvious from their first visit that they were very professional and throughout the works they constantly delivered to the highest standard and responded positively to my changing requirements. They work extremely hard to make sure you get what you want, consistently communicate to ensure you know what is going on and are committed to ensuring you are happy with their work. If you want a company that prides itself in what they do, have a real desire to provide excellent customer care, and ultimately delivers to the highest standards then Superior Renovations are the company for you. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others and would definitely use them again. Fantastic.

In the middle of this year (2013), I employed Superior Renovation to complete extensive work on my house. This work included: • Structural changes, joist replacement to the first level floor – required removal of all internal structure, kitchen ceiling • Laying new pine wooden flooring, • Rebuilding the entire upper floor including internal walls, skirting, cornicing and installing new built in cupboards. • Designing and installing new bathroom From the planning stage through to completion Aleksandra, Radek and their team were fully engaged and professional. Exceptional customer interaction meant I was fully aware of progress against the plan throughout the project. The work completed was of high standard and it became clear that the company take enormous pride in what they do. They are efficient as well as friendly. When the work was in progress, I requested additional items to be included e.g. redesign and upgrade of my office, replacement of radiators, other plastering and painting etc. The team were able to be flexible and accommodating and offered advice and expertise throughout. I am very happy with the work completed so far. I have now decided to re-employ Superior Renovations in 2014 when I will be replacing my kitchen and redesigning my lounge and vestibule area. Superior Renovations recently completed (April 2013) the renovation of our kitchen and front room, which involved the complete overhaul of the two rooms into a an open plan area. We contacted them more than 6 months before we actually intended to start the work and they were more than happy to come and assess what needed to be done on multiple occasions at times that suited us. Before the work even begun, an extremely detailed breakdown of the work was provided so we were well aware of what was going to be done and were confident that there would be no hidden costs. The actual work was completed on time and exactly to budget as expected. We were always kept up to date on it's progress and informed whenever any questions regarding the work came up. We actually got some additional work done that we never intended to as we so impressed with what had already been done in terms of the quality and speed at which it was done. Both Radek and Aleksandra (as well as the rest of their team) were extremely friendly and were more than happy to answer any questions we had, most of the time on site. Our experience with the company was excellent and we are more than happy with the outcome of the work. We won't need to think twice about approaching them again in the future or recommending them to others.

Superior Renovations are brilliant. Originally, I just wanted a simple job done but after discussion with Radek and Alex decided to do a complete bathroom overhaul. What impressed me was: - The quote for labour and parts was completely itemised. It was good value, realistic and there were no nasty shocks. - They turned up on time - The job was properly project managed - Customer relationship management was excellent - Quality of workmanship was excellent - I was always informed about the job and involved in decision making. They have made the whole experience a happy one and I will definitely be asking them to do work for me in the future.

They worked very well in order to renovate and refurbish my kitchen and bathroom. The work was completed in January, 2013. I express my full satisfaction for the workmanship and the team itself. Super Renovation provided me visuals, and project management. They proceeded with the rewiring process, set the new central heating. General decoration was also a great result of their success. They renovated my whole bathroom, wet room installation/fitting, sanded the existing wooden floor and completely refurbished the kitchen. Absolutely punctual, and very good communication before, during and after the works. Helpful visuals and detailed quotes received when scheduled. Extra costs were kept to the minimum. I am delighted to recommend this Company which I will ask to collaborate with any further renovations/refurbishments needed.

Although I can't fault the customer service which was excellent, the job which was supposed to take 5 to 7 days took a month.

Radek and his team completed the project on time and to a very professional standard. We are very pleased with the result. The wetroom in particular looks excellent. The team comprised six people at peak, working 10 - 12 hours a day six days a week. A lot of work was done, with great attention to detail in preparing the woodwork and the plasterwork before decoration. Radek's plastering skills are very impressive - especially of a large ceiling. Aleksandra was a good project manager and kept us informed throughout with regular e-mails to check that we were happy with progress. She also created very professional visualisations of the final room layout which were very helpful to discuss and agree details of the tiling and fittings. We were impressed with Radek's and Aleksandra's patience with us as clients, especially as we have strong views on how some things should be done. Radek showed impressive tolerance in agreeing to our preferences, rather than some arrangements he had already started on his own initiative. For example, he changed the location and form of the panels, to give us access to the concealed water valves, at our request without complaint. Kamil (the electrician) patiently humoured my detailed wishes for the form and location of the junction boxes for each circuit. Overall, we are very pleased with the work the Superior Renovations performed for us and we would be happy to engage them again.

Superior Renovations have just completed the renovation of the ground floor of our home. We originally asked them to quote for decorating but soon realised that they are able to do eveything that we needed. They installed a new kitchen and bathroom, re-floored 5 rooms and the hallway, decorated, re-wired, added new sockets, installed a picture rail and ceiling rose. They literally can do anything! The fact that their quality of work is excellent is only a fraction of what they offer. The project management was by far the best part of the job. We were given a very clear breakdown of the work being provided along with an itemised quote. This was agreed and signed before anything started. During the project I got daily updates on the progress and any issues that had come up. It's a very old house so things did come up but Radek always had a solution and I always trusted that it would be done properly. We moved out for most of the project as we have a small child. This would normally make us nervous as we wouldn't feel comfortable leaving our house with strangers. I never once had any concerns about our home while Radek and Aleksandra's team were here. They are extremely honest and nice people. Our house looks amazing and we are already planning to do the upstairs with them next year.
