Looking for a quote on a empty house for a possible rewire and around 30 spots in total installing.. New alarm and fire system / the house currently has no ceilings or plaster on walls so its ready to go.. Viewing can be arranged and we would like the job doing ASAP
Stuart turned up and did first fix not a problem!! Trying to get hold of him for second fix was a absolute joke.. After around 2 weeks trying to get hold of him he sent a txt with excuse.. I had to hire a second electrician to sort out second fix with was a nightmare as we had to locate all spots and socket wires he buried in to the floors.. Resulting in use taking up floor boards in every room.. I asked him to send sketch of spot layouts.. He did send 1 page of a sketch but even them was wrong :/ all fittings and to be changed as they was cheap B&Q pots lighs and didn't pass fire regs.. In the end I had to pay another electrian to put his work right costing me a £1000 and a extra £800 for floors
