Quick response and a good job at a reasonable price.

Nice tidy job. Kept clean, and explained everything that needed doing. Also advised on what to do after installation. Done on time with no extra costs. I would definitely recommend Richard.

Brilliant communication, fast qoute, came out of area to do my work arrived on time, no fuss quick and efficient. Very tidy job but also very friendly, I didn't even know they were here. The lad with him was also professional and curtious. The finished job looks amazing and works great. I know it can be a worry when choosing an installers and builders as I have experience, but these guys were spot on in all areas from the initial contact to the moment they drove away. Just had a gas fire removed and log burner installed by Richard and his team and couldn’t be happier. Took on board our ideas and carried them out to perfection. Very high standard job at reasonable price . Definitely recommend

I recommend Stove and Chimney Installations without reservation.I received excellent advice on the best products for my needs. Richard Adams provided an professional and timely service. The stove,chimney etc were installed within a fortnight and the work completed in a few hours on the day booked. The recommended stove seems to be working to expectations and we are very pleased with the whole outcome.

How thrilled are we with our newly installed multi-fuel burner and hearth and that's all thanks to Richard Adams. Richard came to look at the job and gave us advice and was pleased to accept the quote. Richard & Ben turned up on time July 1st and immediately got stuck into the work taking out our old fireplace and how hard they worked too. Richard was knowledgeable and quoted quickly and with detail. He then arrived on time & when encountering problems, (blocked up second chimney) solved them with no fuss. He was polite & tidy and competed the work to a high standard aswell as testing and providing us with advice on fire lighting & maintaining the stove.
