Cannot fault Steve’s work. He did a great job on our new kitchen/diner extension. Takes pride in his work and ensures everything is finished to a high spec. Would thoroughly recommend Capital contractors. Hoping to get him booked in for more work on our property next Summer !

Absolutely fantastic workmen. Discuss all with me and very tidy each evening when leaving. Every evening from returning from work you can always see a difference. I would recommend them to anyone.

Steve and Malcolm undertook the work (loft conversion) with extreme care, dedication and skill. They overcame any hurdle with ease and kept us up to date with the progress of the work. Steve and Malcolm project managed the work so there was no effort on our part. Steve and Malcolm were very approachable and also took in to consideration our neighbours. At the end of the project Steve and Malcolm thoroughly cleaned our property leaving nothing but a spotless completed loft conversion. Was very pleased with the professional way the work was carried out. From the initial meeting to the timely completion we were consulted at regular intervals with updates. Good value, excellent workmanship, would use again and highly recommend.

Steve corrected guttering problems caused by a previous Company I hired. He called me the day before to confirm appt, arrived when he said he would & did a quality job. Even charged me less than quoted as it turned out I needed less guttering than expected. Very proffessional would definitely recomend.

As always advised we did our homework and checked Builders Profiles/Feedback before hiring Capital Contractors to do our extension Downstairs Toilet. Steve & Malcolm are a team, both Professional & Conscientious workers.Always on time From start of project to finish they discussed their daily work plan and gave advise and suggestions where needed and often went the extra mile to please. Nothing was too much trouble. The end product was better than we ever envisaged. An open Hallway and beautiful Downstairs Toilet. Steve and Malcolm were professional, friendly and efficient throughout; they did everything we asked, tackled every obstacle and completed the work on time and in budget. Capital Contractors have definitely allayed any fears I had of having future building works done and I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again and recommend them to my friends and family.
